The south building at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive was completed in 1996 while the north building is newer, finished in 1999. There are four basic floor plans that offer varying floor plans starting with the 2BR/3BA Cambridge at 2,655 square feet. The Arlington floor plan is laid out with 3,400 square feet of living space. I have a direct Gulf-front Arlington listed with a split bedroom plan of three bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath. Of the seven active listings, the average list price is just under two million dollars, with an average of 3,010 square feet. In 2015 the average sale price for residences at The Water Club closed at $1,510,625, or $550 per square foot.
