Last week I announced that I would be highlighting an exciting new listing at L’Ambiance. The property there was built with the original construction in 1994 as two combined residences, a total of 5,400 square feet. There is a lot to love about this special unique place. As I discussed in my REALTALK™ #104 video, the sand was replenished last year so the views are especially exquisite. Each sunset is different as clouds paint the sky in different hues of oranges and reds each night.
